1. SHIPPING
Where do we ship?
We currently ship anywhere in South Africa. Want Gatekeep in your country? Drop us a message — we’d love to chat!
Processing time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our hands.
Delivery time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Rural areas may take a little longer.
Shipping fees:
- Free shipping on orders over R500
- Flat rate of R99 for orders under R500
2. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Not vibing with your latte?
We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
To be eligible for a return/refund:
- Your product must be unused and in original condition.
- You must contact us at info@gatekeep.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-returnable items:
Due to the nature of our products (consumables), we unfortunately can’t accept returns on opened or used blends for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds:
If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund within 5–10 business days. We’ll notify you once it’s processed.
